Shipping Policy
All orders are processed Mon-Friday (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Lost Packages If during shipping, your package is delayed, lost, or damaged because of bad weather or unexpected circumstances, we are not responsible for it and we will not issue a replacement. You will have to contact the shipping company and file a claim. Please understand that we try to make sure that packages go out in a timely manner, as soon as your packages leave our facilities we have no control over it. If you mistakenly put in the wrong address after placing your order, please contact us immediately, if we ship out the package to the address provided, you will be responsible for contacting the shipping carries and pay any fees requested to change to the right address. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All sales are final EXCEPT if our company sent out a damaged/wrong package, in this case, we will review and check other information to make sure before any refund/exchange is processed.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the first step is to correct the issue as we want you to have your custom handmade piece (alterations may be available). If cannot be based on our inspection cannot be fixed, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time(5-7 Business Days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refunds.
